Airbrush artist needed to paint life-size mannequin in Tampa, Florida For Sale

Hello- I am in need of an airbrush artist to paint a female mannequin (red). Also need black lips, yellow eyes, and black eyebrows. Also need a sealer/protective coat applied, as this mannequin will display clothing, and do not want the paint to come off onto the clothing. To be done at my house.
