It has been tested and is fully functional.
This machine has seen minimal use and in excellent condition.

Comes with storage wheeled cart, 2 dieheads one head has 2-1/2" to 4" the other head has 1" to 2" and comes with a brand new set of 1/2" to 3/4" dies.
Also included is 2 gallons of cutting oil and the tool kits that come with the machine when purchased new.
