Looking to keep costs low. Willing to share my room and bed with a female in need of assistance.
I have a friend moving into the other room as we speak. If an alternate arrangement as far as the bed goes is needed, we can arrange for a change.
Smoking is outside, as well as alcohol use, unless circumstances permitting. Small cats and dogs are allowed, under 15lbs.
Form of payment is negotiable, and renegotiable monthly (money, errands, chores, etc.; even a secretary). Please don't hesitate to ask if any questions.
