I don't have any pets other than a large fish tank ,with fish in the tank .
I'm looking for a few things in particular is a none smoker unless you're ok with smoking outside in the garage . It's also has a large outside building for storage space . One bed room has work out equipment treadmill etc .
I love children but not as much as I enjoy peace and quiet .
The home is located in a very convenient location in the Valrico area,it's fully furnished it has two baths and 3 bedrooms .
It's on a large piece of property in the middle of the city but secluded by the fact it's not in a neighborhood !
The house is a relatively older ranch style a two car garage an has separate access from 4 different doors too the house
